PERSONAL TRAINING FOR TEENS AND ADULTS.
Personal Training shouldn’t sound scary or intimidating.
I aim to offer an approachable and friendly platform on which we can build to great things.
I am not at all worried about your starting point. It might be 5 minutes since you last exercised or 500 years.
You may be full of confidence or have none at all.
You might have specific goals or be so overwhelmed and confused by all the ‘literature’ out there on social media that you’ve no idea what you are aiming for.
However you turn up, I am ok with that.
I have a small but fully equiped gym in my garage from which I offer personal training sessions. Or, I can be mobile and meet you in a public park if you would prefer.
I offer individual or small group (max 3 adults or 4 teens) sessions that will be tailored to YOUR fitness levels, goals , skill sets and likes (I will have you working hard but there is no point in me prescribing an exercise to you that you simply do not like… I want you to enjoy your sessions.)
Safety - proper technique and appropriate intensity - is my main focus for any class. This is followed closely by enjoyment and a sense of achievement. I want you to realise how capable you are.
There are no competitive fitness tests - you absolutely cannot fail. However there will be bench mark days where we measure results in certain movements - this is purely so YOU can see how YOU are improving.
The costs are as follows:
1 person session = $70
2 person session =$70 total
3 person session = $75 total
4 person (teens only) session = $80 total
Sessions run for 50 minutes.
